Who is BlueWhaleHubs

We are based in Vistra Corporate Sevices Centre, Suite 23, 1st Floor, Eden Plaza, Eden Island, Mahe, Republic of Seychelles.
What should I do if my account access is compromised?
In case of an unfortunate event of an attack on your device, you should change all your passwords, including email passwords. Further, you should let us know that your account is breached, so that we can keep it safe. You should never share your passwords with anyone or log into your BluueWhaleHubs accounts from public devices. Further, you should keep 2FA enabled in your devices.
Why do I have to upload documents during registration?
We need to verify client's identification documents (such as ID card, passport etc.) in order to confirm the true identity of a client, as this is required by law.
Are my funds safe with you?
We keep client funds separate from management funds, and have several internal checks and compliance reviews to ensure that the client funds stay safe and secure.
How is my personal information used by BlueWhaleHubs and it safe?
We take appropriate organizational and technological security measures to guard against its loss, abuse, or modification. On our safe, firewall and password protected systems, we will save all of the personal information you supply.
